During that time, our top priority has always been to ensure that each and every customer has a positive and memorable experience with us, from the initial consultation through to the completion of their renovation and beyond.

Free initial design & consultation

We pride ourselves on taking the time to get to know you. Once an enquiry is made, we will sit down with you at a time that is convenient in order to gain a better understanding of your unique style, your budget and any must-have features that need to be included in your dream kitchen design.

At this point, we can offer tailored advice and give you guidance on elements that may or may not work in your space and offer alternatives where appropriate. Combining aesthetic appeal with functionality, we will create a 3D digital design of your dream kitchen so that you can envision what your completed space will look like in situ. Everything is included within the quote and there are no hidden service costs to worry about. There is never any obligation to go ahead with the project at this stage.

A dedicated Project Manager

We understand how frustrating it can be when you visit a showroom, have a chat with a salesperson and then you can never get through to the same person when you have a  pressing question or concern. At Premier Crafts, we are committed to offering a personal service from start to finish and we will make sure that you have one point of contact throughout the whole process. We understand that renovations can be stressful, and your dedicated Project Manager will be on-hand to alleviate some of the pressure, bring peace of mind to the proceedings and make your project run as smoothly as possible.

Unlike larger chains, our company owner and director, Jason, plays a hands-on role in each project, also acting as Lead Surveyor to ensure a seamless design process and providing one-to-one support to each customer.

In-house installation team

Our close-knit team of designers, craftsmen and fitters all operate under our designated workshop roof and have an in-depth understanding of the ins and outs of each project, as well as having expert knowledge of the materials and products being used. We offer a full-service installation including plumbing, gas and electricals. Our fitters will take the utmost care when installing your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom and are extremely courteous and respectful when working in your home.
