Everything went exactly how it was planned by Aaron who went into a lot of detail and the two fitters Kev and Kev were very professional. The After care service was brilliant as Richard sorted out the faulted door and got the fitter to replace it ASAP. Choosing a new kitchen can be daunting but with Premier Crafts I felt I had made the right choice .From the start right through to completion the overall experience has been made as stress free as possible. Loved Aaron's design and vision,having a wall removed between kitchen and diner making room for an Island,which is what I wanted . Have been constantly reassured as Richard kept me well informed, any minor issues dealt with promptly. Lets not forget the administration girls who made sure regular communication from start to finish was done at every stage with myself and my wife which is as important as the quality of the goods. I can't thank Aaron, Richard and the team enough for a throughly professional job from 1st visit to final inspection. It's been a really positive experience from start to finish - Aaron was so helpful during the design process, always keeping our wishes a priority but contributing his own advice and tips where needed, and continued to check in right until completion to make sure everything was going as planned. (I had other plans from other companies that didn't come close) From the very start the rip out of the old kitchen it was such a smooth process. I could get in touch with him at anytime to ask questions ect and he was always happy to help. Richard aswel was fantastic ringing me keeping me up to date with the daily plan and any changes and changed for times ect I needed to make he would work around what suited me best. I Couldn't have wished for nicer people to deal with and the end result is amazing from start to finish I've never had an issue and they have been a pleasure to work with!
