These values are reflected in this recent project, which involved a complete renovation of our client's home.
The project
This project initially began as a bathroom remodelling project and quickly expanded into a full home refurbishment. The client was so impressed with our design, service, and attention to detail that they hired us to renovate their entire home. This included a cloakroom, ensuite, bedrooms, kitchen, and utility room.

The process
First, we conducted an initial survey on the property to determine the client’s requirements and space specifications. This was followed by a detailed design proposal that was specifically tailored to the client’s vision and delivered to them within seven working days.
Once the client had reviewed and approved the design, a fitting date was scheduled, and preparations were made to ensure a seamless installation. Our team coordinated all logistics, ensuring that materials were ready, and schedules were aligned to minimise disruption.
In the main bathroom, cloakroom and ensuite, we incorporated sleek, modern finishes, featuring fully tiled walls, back-to-wall toilets, wall-hung units, sit-on basins, and polished chrome accessories. We also fitted a bath and overhead shower in the main bathroom, while the ensuite received a luxurious walk-in shower with a large glass screen for a spacious, contemporary feel.
The master and guest bedrooms were fitted with bespoke wardrobes in a contemporary Caraway door style, featuring super matt white/grey finishes, chrome handles, and oak interiors for a seamless and functional storage solution. We also installed a stylish six-drawer dresser with a sleek glass worktop to the master bedroom, providing extra storage while adding a modern, polished look to the space.
The kitchen, a standout feature of the renovation, was designed and project-managed by Aaron. It features Hutton-style doors in matt Hartforth blue and matt porcelain, paired with white frost quartz worktops and upstands. To enhance both style and functionality in the kitchen, we incorporated a pop-up socket, a downdraft extractor, and a hydro plinth heater, along with open shelving for added practicality.
High-end appliances from NEFF and AEG, under-cabinet lighting, ceiling spotlights, and sleek chrome and stainless steel accessories were also installed in the kitchen to complete the space. The adjacent utility room was finished with slab doors and white acrylic worktops to ensure a consistent, cohesive design throughout the home.

Reece completed the bedroom installations with meticulous attention to detail, consulting with the client on specific elements like handle placements to guarantee the installation was aligned with their vision.
Paul, our kitchen and utility fitter, delivered top-quality workmanship, tackling challenges effortlessly and keeping the workspace clean and organised. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile stood out to the client.
Aaron made a final remedial visit after the project was completed, ensuring there were no issues with the project and that the client was satisfied with the refurbishment.
